Stacks of reusable cup crates on pallets in a warehouse staging area

Packaging & Distribution

From our dock to yours, and back

Every cup, bin and cover is packed, counted, delivered and returned on one manifest. Nothing leaves in single-use wrap.

The distribution process

Two lanes, one manifest

Eight steps, running in both directions at once. What is counted out is counted back in.

Outbound · warehouse to site

Steps 01–04

  1. 01

    Forecast & allocate

Counts come from the booking. Cups, bins and covers are reserved against stock on hand for that site and date.

  2. 02

    Pack & rack

Cups are racked in counted quantities, bins nested, covers strapped. Every unit is labelled with site, event and count.

  3. 03

    Dispatch

Palletised and loaded to a delivery window. The manifest leaves the warehouse matching the order line for line.

  4. 04

    Handover & count

Delivered to your dock or site contact, counted in on arrival, and the order moves to Delivered in your portal.

Return · site to warehouse

Steps 05–08

  1. 05

    Pack down

Emptied cups are racked, bins covered and crates nested at the site, ready to travel back in the same footprint.

  2. 06

    Pickup

Collected on the confirmed pickup window and counted against the outbound manifest, so nothing goes missing quietly.

  3. 07

    Wash & inspect

Every cup is washed and inspected in our facility. Damaged stock is retired and replaced, not passed on.

  4. 08

    Restock

Clean stock returns to inventory and is reserved for the next event — the packaging never leaves the loop.

What arrives

The kit is the packing

There is no outer packaging to unpack and throw away. The racks, bins and covers are the delivery system, and they come back.

Cup racks

Counted, stackable racks so the bar never counts cups twice on the way out or on the way back.

Collection bins

Empty-cup bins that nest for transport and stand open on the floor when the doors open.

Bin covers

Fitted covers that seal a full bin for the trip back to wash, with your branding on the lid.

Crates & pallets

Reusable crates and strapped pallets — no shrink wrap, no cardboard, nothing to landfill.

Lead times

Booked weeks out, counted days out

Timing is worked backwards from your first service, so the dock is never the bottleneck.

Reverse logistics

The packaging is part of the product

Bins, covers, crates and pallets are tracked like the cups they carry — returned, washed and back out on the next job.
