Our approach
Three things make reuse work
Reuse only beats single-use when the cup is durable, comes back, and is dealt with properly at the end. We run all three as one system.
Made to be washed
Our cups are not single-use with a longer name. Grade 5 PP and Tritan cups are rated for 250+ commercial washes, aluminium for 200+. BPA free, shatterproof and weights & measures tested, in every size we supply.
Kept in circulation
Every cup is counted back in. Collection bins, cup trays and pallet bins move them off the floor, they are sorted and washed by our team, and each one is inspected before it returns to service.
No cup leaves as waste
A reusable cup has a long life, not an endless one. Cups pulled from circulation are collected by ReSmart and recycled so the material keeps moving instead of becoming landfill.

Reuse is a logistics system, not a product swap. This is what happens to a cup from the moment it lands on site.

Deliver
Cups, trays and bins arrive by pallet and reusable crate — not single-trip packaging.

Use
Drinkware is served, collected in branded bins and stacked in collapsible trays.

Wash
Cups are sorted and washed commercially, then inspected one by one.

Renew
Sound cups go back into circulation. Damaged cups are segregated for recycling.
